What data we collect
The email address you enter in the form and, if you choose to give it, your camera brand. We also record the date you signed up and the consent text you accepted.
Why we use it
To let you know when the Rylux beta opens and when it launches. Your camera brand helps us decide which models to support first. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Where it is stored and for how long
The waitlist is managed with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France), which stores data on servers in the European Union (France, Germany and Belgium). We keep the data until Rylux launches and for 12 months afterwards, or until you unsubscribe.
Visit statistics
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and signups in aggregate, without cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to ciao@rylux.app. Every email you receive has an unsubscribe link. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
